LITRO Industry Sdn Bhd is an ED Coating jobber incorporated in 1997. Our customers include makers and manufacturers of automotive engine component and body parts, metal furniture, motorcycle parts, bicycle parts, home appliances, hardware, electrical & electronic industries. LITRO also renders services to many other metal stamping companies and zinc & aluminum die-casters that require our services.
Our ED Coating is certified as complying with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 since 2003 and 2008 respectively. These certifications bear testimony to the company’s effort in preserving the integrity of our environment while maintaining its competitiveness in the market and is also affirmation of LITRO to meet and exceed customers’ expectation through continuous improvement plan.
In-process control is closely monitored with the setting up of a well equipped lab where bath is maintained at optimum condition at all time. Coating quality such as thickness test, adhesion test, pencil hardness test and salt spray test is being performed regularly as this is one of the requirements in our procedures.
